In order to prevent the leakage of financial information and ensure fairness, the Company observes a quiet period from the day after the closing date to the announcement date of the financial results. During this period, we will refrain from responding to inquiries or comments regarding our financial statements.
However, if there is a significant revision to the business forecast disclosed by the Company during the quiet period, we will make an announcement in accordance with the rules on disclosure.
Additionally, the Company will respond to questions concerning information that has already been publicly disclosed even during the quiet period.
